How does the CSM program work?

When you hire CSM, relief from your maintenance burden starts immediately.  First, your business is assigned to one or more account managers, selected to oversee the cleaning routines.  Account managers are charged with scheduling and managing all services to ensure your complete satisfaction.


After you tell us the frequency of cleaning at your location, we design a maintenance schedule.  Once you approve this schedule, we contact your designated manager (or you may contact him/her) to determine the best times for service, as well as any other individual needs.  The work is then delegated to our authorized service providers, who finalize the details with your manager.


How else do you maintain quality performance?

We emphasize communication with you or your designated manager.  Each receives our telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address.  We encourage you or your manager to call us at any time for any reason.  Anything that you or your staff needs will be immediately handled by us.


Can CSM meet my special needs?

Absolutely!  We custom design each cleaning program to meet your specific needs.  You can choose specific services in varying intervals at any time of day or night.  We can customize your bill, provide you with detailed cleaning schedules, provide quality surveys, and adapt to any other special requirements.


 How am I insured?

You will receive a certificate of insurance evidencing General Liabiliity Insurance prior to the commencement of our services for you.  We maintain Worker's Compensation as required by law.  You may request to be named additionally insured on our insurance policy.  Of course, you are indemnified from any claim, loss or occurrence from which liability arises due to our negligence, acts, or omissions.


How quickly can I receive emergency services?

When emergencies occur, you'll be glad you chose CSM.  Just call us, and we'll send someone to your location right away.  Daytime emergencies can be handled within hours.  No matter what the problem is, we'll be at your door to do the cleaning. When the pressure is on, you can count on us!


What other cleaning services do you offer?

CSM provides a full range of contracted cleaning services.  In addition to our floor, carpet, window, and janitorial maintenance programs, we can provide your location with the following cleaning services:  high dusting, ceiling cleaning, awning cleaning, graffiti removal, restroom hygiene, and light bulb replacement.
